Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts issuanceMaintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and appealing at all times Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries politely via in-person or phone interactions, adhering to proper phone etiquette Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing back stock, and conducting stock counts using retail math skillsSupport sales goals through proactive upselling techniques while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent communication skills Skills

Proven experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers effectively Demonstrated supervising or leadership experience in retail or grocery store environments is preferredAbility to perform retail math accurately for transactions, pricing adjustments, and inventory counts Skilled in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining an organized sales floor that invites customer engagement Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor; capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalismKnowledge of grocery store operations or familiarity with retail sales environments enhances your effectiveness in this role Advantages
