Global Accounts Receivable Senior Manager, Toronto

Take the lead in transforming global accounts receivable operations as a Senior Manager. This key remote role focuses on strategic oversight and compliance across regions.

In this Senior Manager position, you will spearhead the global end-to-end accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate reporting and timely collections. Your responsibility includes driving process standardization and strengthening cash management while maintaining low Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Strong financial control paired with a focus on customer relationships will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:• Drive the global collections strategy to exceed cash targets • Monitor aging reports and manage delinquent accounts • Oversee accurate daily payments application and compliance • Resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies • Prepare monthly AR financial reports for leadership

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 12 years of AR/Finance experience, 3 in management • Proficiency in Tier 1 ERPs like NetSuite or SAP • Deep understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance • Exceptional negotiation and accountability skills
