As a Security Supervisor at Paladin, you will provide leadership and direction while overseeing daily operations. Your experience in security will help you manage work schedules, conduct audits, and investigate incidents. The role also emphasizes staff motivation, ensuring all guards receive mandatory training and adhere to site-specific protocols.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide ongoing leadership and coaching to security staff • Document and investigate security incidents and complaints • Implement shift work schedules effectively • Ensure staff adheres to security policies and procedures • Perform proactive security patrols across the site

Requirements:• Valid Ontario Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR Level C • Minimum one year of healthcare security experience preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proof of double Covid Vaccination required • Able to complete UOF/MOAB certification prior to onboarding
