What You'll Be Doing

As a member of CIBC’s Capital Markets, Foreign Exchange Technology Team, the Senior Consultant, Business Systems Analysis will be responsible for providing advice and consultation for business application developments to ensure growth. The role provides technical leadership, interpreting complex information and participating in client business review sessions to influence decisions regarding the use of technology to support objectives.How You'll Succeed

Understanding and Documenting Requirements– Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.Solution Design– Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance. Leading and Mentoring – Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert,and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.Who You Are

5+ years in a BSA in a BSC role leading projects and designing solutions, with the ability to elicit requirements and write strong documentation. Excellent ability to manage stakeholders and strong communication skills are a must. Solid abilities around analyzing and understanding data, as well as gap analysis expertise. At least 4 years of SQL and Jira/Confluence experience. Asset if background in Capital Markets and knowledge in Foreign Exchange.Put our clients first.
