Job Summary The Educator role is the foundation of our success as an organization. Educators are experts in creating world‑class customer service, or guest experience, in our retail stores. They engage and connect with guests, share top‑quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
– Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience, assessing needs, providing customized purchase and return solutions, providing technical product education, facilitating seamless end‑to‑end guest experience, conducting accurate transactions, executing omnichannel programs, moving dynamically on the floor, and receiving and acting on feedback.
Team Collaboration
– Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment, establish supportive relationships, collaborate to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
Store Operations
– Perform product presentation tasks, use in‑store technology, perform cleaning tasks to maintain store environment, understand and adhere to safety policies, and perform work in accordance with laws and regulations.

Job Requirements
Eligibility
– Must be legally authorized to work in the country, 18 years or older, must have proof of right to work and local legislative evidence (for EMEA), and must be able to travel to the store with own transportation.
Availability
– Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical/Environmental Requirements
– Willing to work in bright lights and loud music, move through store, move boxes up to 30 lb (13.6 kg), work as part of a team and independently.
Job Assets (nice to have)
– Education: high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Compensation&Benefits
Base Pay Range: $20.25– $23.30 per hour, subject to minimum wage.
Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour.
Total Target Base Pay Range: $22.25– $25.30 per hour.
