Ensure quality is at the highest standards Take control of the host stand, managing Open Table and the host team Be the ambassador of the Guest Journey through driving knowledge around hospitality and salesmanship Ensure compliance of all standards and procedures relating to provincial workplace safety standardsBe a leader by demonstrating behaviours that align with our culture of improvement, growth and executing with excellence What We Are Looking For From You
