Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to define, develop, and execute a comprehensive multichannel communication strategy that engages, informs, and nurtures relationships for Questrade’s investment products and services. The role requires a strategic visionary with deep understanding of customer behavior, advanced communication channels, and sophisticated data‑driven decision‑making.Responsibilities

Lead the strategic planning and oversee the execution of lifecycle engagement campaigns across email, SMS, platform, customer journeys, and triggers. Develop and champion long‑term customer and program strategies, leading analysis of market trends and competitor activity. Define, champion, and optimize goals, target audiences, advanced messaging and robust testing frameworks for segments and channels.Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop meaningfully behavior‑based triggers that improve the customer experience. Lead advanced data and analytics efforts to rigorously measure impact and make data‑driven decisions to improve results. Manage engagement forecasting, budget, ensuring efficient allocation ofresources and maximizing ROI.Oversee briefing, development, and delivery of high‑quality content consistent with brand voice and regulatory requirements. Foster high‑level communication with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates and seeking feedback. Lead, mentor, and develop the engagement team, fostering a high‑performance culture.Actively contribute to company culture that empowers continuous learning and reflects company values. Qualifications

At least 10 years of CRM, CBM or lifecycle marketing experience, with 3+ years in senior leadership or managerial role. Proven track record in developing and executing scalable campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and business results. In‑depth knowledge of CRM principles, best practices, and tools (e.g., Braze, Marketo).Strong data‑driven decision making and ability to identify actionable insights. Collaborative and communicative, comfortable presenting work to stakeholders of various levels. Adaptable with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Enthusiastic about innovation and continuous improvement.Interest or experience in the financial services and/or investment industry (preferred). Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (preferred). Benefits
