Solution Architect
We are actively searching for a Solution Architect who will play a crucial role in implementing technological solutions to address complex business problems. Responsibilities
Own the high‑level technical architecture and integration approach for assigned customer implementations. Translate customer architecture requirements into scalable and supportable solutions aligned with internal platforms, APIs, and standards. Lead technical discussions with customers and internal teams onreal‑time, batch data processing, networking, VPNs, private connectivity (e.g., AWS Privatelink), best practices for performance, security, monitoring, and messaging architecture.Oversee and lead workplace setup, including cloud setup and connectivity, API enablement, SSO configuration and monitoring. Coordinate initial data setup, bulk data loads, and validation activities. Lead production readiness activities including performance testing, security testing, disaster recovery (DR) planning and testing, and production deployment.Act as a technical advisor to customers, senior management, and internal engineering teams. Identify delivery risks early, escalates when needed, and supports predictable, high‑quality implementations. Author and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and recurring technical delivery artifacts.Evaluate tools, frameworks, and technical delivery practices, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and reliability. Qualifications
At least 5 years managing complex enterprise technology implementation projects, in solution architect, IT architect, or other relevant roles. At least 4 years of hands‑on experience in system integration, data architecture, microservices, and API design. Experience working with stakeholders, business leaders, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.Experience with cloud‑based architectures (preferably AWS), including networking and private connectivity (VPNs, PrivateLink). Ability to identify and address API performance bottlenecks and integration inefficiencies. Nice to have experience contributing to or influencing technical standards and reusable architecture patterns across multiple implementations.Experience identifying and mitigating technical risks related to scale, security, or operational readiness. Experience participating in or leading architectural reviews, post‑mortems, or delivery process improvement initiatives. Experience in the airline or travel industry is an asset but is not required.Benefits
