Turner&Townsend is seeking procurement, contracts and supply chain professionals for our energy and natural resources segment. The role focuses on providing strategic and transformational procurement leadership across major programs in North America. Responsibilities
Implementation of transformational initiatives:
Category management Program contract development Supply‑chain rationalisation Supplier relationship management Supplier performance management Procurement centres of excellence Innovation and industrial strategy Collaboration business‑relationship strategies Compliance management
Implementation of strategic initiatives:
Market intelligence analysis Delivery models, procurement and contract strategies Supply‑chain integration strategy Business‑case and commercial strategies Contract performance strategy
Delivery of major programmes and projects:
Market engagement Development of procurement and contract documentation RFP and proposal management and evaluation Commercial contract drafting Contract and commercial alignment Contract performance management Commercial peer reviews
Additional duties:
Contribute to the development of our capabilities catalogue, focusing on technology Assist with team management and support Support business development and acquisition activities Develop people initiatives to improve workplace culture Own specific corporate programmes and deliver tangible resultsEngage in external thought‑leadership and become a go‑to expert for services Maintain SOX control responsibilities where applicable
Qualifications
10–15years of demonstrable experience in procurement, contracts or supply‑chain management in large capital projects, preferably within the energy and natural resources sectors. Experience engaging directly with senior client stakeholders. Successful delivery of contractual frameworks and templates enabling project economies of scale.Client‑management experience with clear, concise presentations to all levels, including C‑suite. Extensive knowledge of procurement, contracts or supply‑chain techniques and regional differences. Applied knowledge underpinning business change management across large‑scale capital works. Experience with construction and professional services contracts and supply‑chain agreements; ability to develop RFQ/RFP documents and evaluation processes.Confident, independent, able to work autonomously without supervision. Desirable experience in people and team management. Desired qualifications and accreditations:
University degree in Engineering, Law, Construction Management or Supply‑Chain Management. Professional accreditations such as CIPS, ASCM, PMP or CMAA.

Base salary range: $125,000– $175,000 per year (plus discretionary increases). Full‑coverage health and dental benefits for you and dependents. Health spending account for non‑covered expenses.
