Are you a strategic learning leader who thrives at the intersection of education, innovation, and business growth? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to lead the development, delivery, and expansion of a high-impact professional learning portfolio designed for today’s evolving workforce.What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading the strategy, development, and execution of a broad portfolio of professional learning programs Managing a high-volume pipeline of training initiatives across multiple delivery formats including:

Live virtual training Webinars Podcasts In-person workshops Certificate programs On-demand and blended learning experiences

Building and managing relationships with external facilitators, instructors, and subject matter experts across areas such as:

Technology Artificial Intelligence Human Resources Leadership&Management Business Operations

Identifying emerging market trends and developing relevant, revenue-generating learning opportunities Leading, mentoring, and developing a collaborative learning programs team Owning program performance, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability Developing growth strategies to increase program participation, audience engagement, and overall revenue Partnering cross-functionally with marketing, operations, sales, and leadership teams to ensure successful program execution Maintaining a strong understanding of adult learning principles, learner engagement, and evolving training technologiesWhat We’re Looking For

7–10 years of progressive experience in learning&development, professional education, training programs, or continuing education Experience leading teams within a fast‑paced, high‑volume learning environment Proven success managing revenue‑generating training or educational programs with direct P&L responsibility Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategy, creativity, and operational execution Experience working with or sourcing subject matter experts across multiple disciplines Excellent networking, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies and multi‑channel content deliveryExperience developing programs related to technology, AI, leadership, HR, or business skills is highly desirable Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities Work Environment
