Our client, a highly regarded educational organization, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and board operations within a fast‑paced, professional environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a relationship‑driven environment and takes pride in providing high‑level support to senior leadership, board members, and a broad range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will thrive in a position that combines executive support, governance coordination, event involvement, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high‑level executive support to senior leadership, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including scheduling, agendas, board packages, logistics, governance materials, and minute‑taking.
Liaise professionally with Board members, senior stakeholders, and external partners on behalf of leadership.
Prepare presentations, briefing materials, reports, and other confidential documentation.
Support leadership events, receptions, functions, and special projects.
Maintain organized records, documentation, and governance‑related materials.
Anticipate needs proactively while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Partner closely with teams across the organization to support operational efficiency and leadership initiatives.
Qualifications&Experience
Previous experience supporting senior leadership.
Experience coordinating Board or Committee meetings, preparing meeting materials, and taking minutes.
Strong judgment, discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience within a professional, community‑oriented, educational, non‑profit, or similarly relationship‑focused environment is considered an asset.
