Oncology Clinical Educator at Unity Health, Toronto

Lead nursing education transformation at Unity Health Toronto as a Clinical Educator in Oncology and Endoscopy. Drive patient outcomes with evidence-based practices and specialized education plans.

This role reports to the Senior Clinical Program Director, focusing on enhancing nursing competencies through tailored educational programs. You will assess nursing staff learning needs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure effective implementation of corporate nursing initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:• Facilitate evidence-based educational plans and activities • Assess learning needs and design tailored training • Collaborate in implementing corporate nursing initiatives • Evaluate and adjust educational programs as needed • Provide ongoing feedback to nursing staff

Requirements:• Registered Nurse with Ontario license • Master’s degree in nursing or education required • 3+ years of experience in Endoscopy/Surgery preferred • Strong communication and leadership skills • B.C.L.S. Level II certification required
