Contact Center AI Solution Architect, Toronto

Lead transformative Contact Center AI modernization in the Greater Toronto Area with a hybrid model. This six-week contract role focuses on designing scalable CCaaS solutions with an eye on data flows and AI workflows.

As a Solution Architect, you will design end-to-end CCaaS architectures, collaborating with stakeholders in business, technology, and delivery. Your expertise will shape secure, scalable solutions, converting CX objectives into actionable technical frameworks, while assessing current integrations and performance gaps.

Key Responsibilities:• Design CCaaS and agentic AI solution architectures • Define integration patterns with existing business systems • Translate business goals into robust technical architectures • Lead solution design workshops with key stakeholders • Create blueprints and roadmaps for implementation

Requirements:• Proven experience with CCaaS solutions like Amazon Connect or Genesys Cloud • Strong background in systems integration and cloud technologies • Familiarity with AI workflows and virtual agents • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Previous work with consultingor integration teams
