Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment according to order specifications and warehouse management system (WMS) instructions Safely operate forklift equipment to move, position, load, and stage products throughout the warehouse Load and unload goods from trucks and trailers, ensuring proper handling and organized placementAssist with shipping and receiving functions including verifying shipments and organizing inventory Maintain accurate records of picked items and flag any discrepancies in product counts or order details Conduct pre‑shift safety inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs to a supervisorKeep warehouse aisles, storage areas, and work zones clean, organized, and hazard‑free Follow all WHMIS and workplace health and safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members to meet daily throughput and operational targets Skills
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment for extended periods Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking, inventory handling, and product verification Ability to work at a consistent and building pace in a performance‑driven settingFamiliarity with warehouse operations, order picking, or distribution is an asset for Order Picker applicants but not required Valid forklift certification is required for Forklift Operator applicants Demonstrated hands‑on forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution setting (Forklift role)WHMIS knowledge is an asset; on‑site certification training will be provided at no cost (Order Picker role) Steel‑toed safety shoes required for all positions (must be provided by the worker) Reliable and punctual with the ability to commit to a consistent schedule Compensation&Schedule– Order Picker
$17.60/hr base pay, increasing to $17.95/hr in October 2025 with the Ontario minimum wage increase Uncapped piece‑rate commission on top of base; top performers earn $28–$33/hr Midnight shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (select positions: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM start) Monday – Saturday; Monday shifts are 10 hours; Tuesday–Saturday are 6–7 hoursMandatory unpaid 30‑minute break after every 5 consecutive hours worked First month is a structured training period; pace builds gradually with experience 22–27 positions available Compensation&Schedule– Forklift Operator
$19.00–$23.00/hr based on experience and certification level Piece‑rate performance bonus on top of hourly pay Overtime at 1.5x after 44 hours per week (Ontario ESA) Day shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday Some positions may require weekend availability to be confirmed with clientEquipment type to be confirmed prior to start date Benefits
