Key Responsibilities:• Lead a team of on-site security guards • Manage daily schedules and team assignments • Ensure compliance with security protocols and instructions • Issue and manage access cards effectively • Complete daily and incident reports thoroughly

Requirements:• Authorized to work in Canada • Valid Ontario Security Guard License required • 1-3 years of Tactical Supervisory experience • Strong leadership skills and self-starter attitude • First Aid and CPR certification from an approved provider
