This full-time role involves troubleshooting client issues and creating new product features utilizing your .NET and HTML knowledge. Key Responsibilities:• Respond to client queries via calls, emails, and chat • Enhance existing software and create new functionalities • Manage implementation processes effectively • Collaborate with teams for timely project executions • Maintain high standards of client service throughout

Requirements:• 5+ years of .NET and HTML5 development experience • Knowledge of MS Azure and database systems • Understanding of mobile and web development • Proficient in Web APIs and network services • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
