Key Responsibilities:• Design and implement curriculum for the MD program • Lead accreditation and quality assurance initiatives • Manage curriculum assessments and improvement strategies • Enhance the community-based learning experience for students • Collaborate with health systems for practical learningopportunities

Requirements:• MD or equivalent degree, eligible for Ontario practice • Extensive experience in medical education leadership • Expertise in CBME and program governance • Strong skills in strategic thinking and collaboration • Deep commitment to equity and Indigenous engagement
