We are seeking a
Senior Research Engineer
who will bring expertise in AI and ML and is interested in building data‑driven capabilities that transform the way legal, accounting, and government professionals work across the globe. You will have a direct impact on our company and develop products and features that delight our customers. Responsibilities
Develop and deliver built‑in modern software development practices, involved in the entire lifecycle, building, testing and delivering high‑quality solutions. Build scalable ML solutions – create large scale data processing pipelines to help researchers build and train novel machine learning algorithms, and develop high‑performing scalable systems in large online delivery environments.Be a team player– share information, value diverse ideas, partner with cross‑functional and remote teams. Be an agile person – deliver timely solutions with a solid sense of urgency in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Be innovative – try new approaches, learn new technologies, contribute ideas, createsolutions, and be accountable for end‑to‑end deliveries.Be an effective communicator– articulate ideas and collaborate on technical developments with cross‑functional partners and team members. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Related Field, or Equivalent Experience. At least 5 years software engineering experience. At least 2 years working on a machine learning related product or solution. Deep understanding of Python software development stacks and ecosystems. Ability to write clean,reusable, maintainable and well‑tested code.Track record of quickly adopting and applying emerging technologies to solve complex problems. Experience collaborating with applied data scientists to translate research work into production‑ready solutions. Keen interest in real‑world applications and impact. Experience with cloud computing development.Experience with Agile Methodologies. Experience implementing CI/CD, DevOps, and SDLC concepts in application delivery. Experience integrating machine learning and generative AI solutions into production‑grade software. Understanding of ModelOps and MLOps principles. Exposure to NLP problems and familiarity with key tasks such as Named Entity Recognition, Information Extraction, Information Retrieval, Text classification, Summarization, etc.Ability to understand and translate between language and methodologies used both in research and engineering fields. Hands‑on experience in other programming or scripting languages and development stacks (Java, Rust, Scala, Typescript, etc.). Benefits
