Job Summary
Lead a team of development and integration specialists in the analysis, design, development and implementation of end‑to‑end solutions, and provide solution recommendations and work‑effort estimation in a multi‑platform environment. Major Duties&Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and leadership in the design, development and delivery of technology‑enabled applications that meet quality standards. Develop detailed solutions that satisfy architecture, requirement, and schedule expectations. Recommend solutions with business, process, and financial impact.Mentor and coach team members in development, integration and middleware. Act as key contact for the outsourced development team and coordinate internal and external stakeholders. Research and introduce innovative and best‑practice solutions. Define and maintain web, development, integration and middleware standards aligned with industry best practices.Provide feedback on architecture, high‑level designs, project plans, requirements, testing and change management. Integrate system solutions for confidential data handling and transfers with service providers. Coordinate system installations, software testing, and support activities. Lead technical design walkthroughs and conduct code reviews.Diagnose and resolve software issues, providing recommendations and options for resolution. Collaborate with project and support teams on system integration testing. Define logical data models and processing models to meet organizational information needs. Participate in defect meetings, triage, and assign development‑related issues.Support testing, create code‑drop release notes, and oversee deployment of development components. Provide timely reporting of work progress to project managers and leadership. Participate in the evaluation of RFI, RFP and SoW processes. Lead a small team through the Development Life Cycle while adhering to agile methodology.Provide 24/7 application and integration support to achieve operational excellence. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements
Education:
University completion at undergraduate level with a specialty focus in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Experience:
Seven (7) years in software development lifecycle using diverse programming languages, code repositories, build procedures, defect tracking systems, integration and middleware technologies, and database management systems/servers. Salary and Benefits
Salary Grade: 215– $114,050.04 to $134,177.26. Work Arrangement
This role requires the successful applicant to commit to an in‑office work arrangement up to five (5) days a week beginning in 2026. EEO Statement
