Senior Consultant, Learning and Development PPI, Toronto

Drive impactful learning solutions as a Senior Consultant in Talent Development at PPI. Help advisors and employees excel while working in a flexible hybrid environment.

This strategic role reports to the Vice-President of Talent Development and is focused on executing learning initiatives, supporting revenue growth, and enhancing advisor engagement. You will collaborate with business leaders to craft structured programs that cater to unique learning needs while implementing talent planning processes to promote advancement. The position requires a consultative mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to influence across departments.

Key Responsibilities:• Partner with leaders to identify unique learning needs • Design and deliver high-impact advisor-facing programs • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion • Conduct learning assessments to identify skill gaps • Develop a comprehensive onboarding program

Requirements:• 8–10 years in adult learning or talent development • Strong background in financial services preferred • Proven project management skills • Excellent communication and analytical abilities • Bilingual in French and English considered an asset
