Job Description

We are looking for AI-focused Software Developers to build a document intelligence and workflow automation platform. This initiative centers around OCR, document ingestion, and agent-driven automation across business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Build and enhance document ingestion and processing pipelines

Implement OCR solutions for extracting structured and unstructured data

Develop workflow automation systems using agentic AI approaches

Design and implement end-to-end processing pipelines from intake to decision/action

Integrate with internal and external systems via APIs and services

Contribute to scalable cloud-based architecture and deployment

Strong experience in software development (Python, Java, or similar)

Hands-on experience with OCR, document parsing, and ingestion pipelines

Exposure to workflow automation tools and frameworks

Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

Strong integration experience (APIs, microservices, event-driven systems)

Experience with agentic AI / autonomous workflow systems

Background in insurance or financial services

Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (M365 integrations, Azure services)
