As a Senior Accountant at Prospeo, you will manage all accounting tasks and report directly to the COO. With your CPA designation and over three years of experience in Canadian corporate tax, you will oversee bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial reporting while collaborating with external tax advisors.

Key Responsibilities:• Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks Online or Xero • Prepare monthly financial statements and share updates • Handle annual corporate tax returns and HST/GST filings • Process payroll and manage employee onboarding • Liaise with external advisors and legal counsel as needed

Requirements:• CPA designation or equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years in Canadian corporate tax • Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software • Experience with Stripe and subscription-based revenue • Ability to work independently in a small team
