We’re seeking a reliable, customer-focused Residential Security Guard to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for those who value flexibility while ensuring the safety and comfort of residents. Position Details: - Job Type: Part time - Saturday & Sunday (18:00 - 02:00) - Location: Residential site in Barrie, Ontario Key Responsibilities: - Conduct foot patrols of residential premises (interior and exterior). - Monitor CCTV and control access for residents/visitors. - Accept and log parcels; manage amenity bookings. - Enforce Trespass to Property Act and community rules. - Provide professional, friendly customer service to residents. - Complete detailed incident reports for security events. - Respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, or disturbances. Requirements: - Valid Ontario Security License. - 1+ year of residential security experience (preferred). - Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. - Ability to stay alert and courteous during shifts. - Basic computer skills (email, incident reporting software).
