Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure hygienic conditions Laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Prepare homes for client visits by tidying up and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements or special requests Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any maintenance needs or shortages Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all cleaning activities Skills Proficiency in English Experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping preferred Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments daily Ability to perform light cooking or meal prep if required by clients Effective communication and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction Ability to handle laundry tasks accurately and efficiently Hospitality experience is advantageous for understanding client expectations and providing friendly service This position offers an engaging work setting where attention to detail and customer care are paramount.
