About the Role
As a CBRE Receptionist, you are the first point of contact and the face of the workplace experience. You play a vital role in creating a professional, welcoming, and seamless environment for clients, visitors, and employees alike. Your presence sets the tone for exceptional service and smooth interactions.What You’ll Do
Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail. Greet clients, applicants, and visitors upon arrival, issue visitor passes, validate parking, and follow security protocols. Schedule, prepare, and set up meeting and conference rooms, place catering orders, and secure technological equipment.Coordinate building and housekeeping services as needed. Perform general clerical duties, including distributing office faxes and packages, and ordering office supplies. Track incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight; arrange messenger service and hospitality services for guests such as transportation, tickets, reservations, etc.Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems within limited discretion. Follow defined procedures and processes under close supervision to deliver outputs. What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job‑related experience. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.Basic math skills, including calculating simple percentages, discounts, and markups. Compensation and Benefits
