Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various construction projects by assisting skilled tradespeople and performing general labor tasks in office. The ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work safely in a dynamic environment. Prior experience with construction-related tasks is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Duties Assist with the use of hand tools and power tools to support construction activities Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work workplace Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Skills Proficiency with hand tools and basic construction equipment Knowledge of construction processes, including grading, installing pipes, installing underground utilities Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions from supervisors Willingness to learn new skills Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in construction.
