Restaurant Manager (Subway) (Shannonville)

Oversee daily activities of busy Subway restaurant. Responsible for hiring/firing of staff. Scheduling. Balancing daily sales, inventory control, food prep, food safety. Must have some management/supervisory experience and be proficient with MS Word/Excel, email. Hours are Monday - Friday 8 -4 but are somewhat adaptable and may require occasional weekend work. A benefits plan is also available. This is a salary position requiring a 40 hour work week. There is opportunity for bonus's in this position and wages will be dependent on experience.
