Opening Kitchen Team - Delphine at Claramount Club We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cooks and/or Chef de Parties to join our team at Delphine at Claramount Club. Delphine is a new and exciting fine dining restaurant located in the core of downtown Picton, with a beautifully designed space and open concept kitchen opening in June 2026. The menu will focus on live fire cooking, raw bar and seafood towers, and seasonally sourced ingredients. Duties - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times - Ensure that all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations - Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management - Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food storage and sanitation practices Skills - Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting - Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation procedures - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary best practices - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in food industry operations - Serving experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to engage with customers when necessary - Passion for delivering high-quality meals and exceptional customer service This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about culinary arts to grow their skills within a growing and evolving restaurant environment.
