As a Senior Brand Ambassador with American Eagle, you will connect with shoppers and enhance their experience. You’ll promote brand loyalty and educate guests on product benefits while working collaboratively across multiple areas of the store. This role requires a vibrant personality, innovative problem-solving, and knowledge of company policies to ensure every guest leaves happy.

Key Responsibilities:• Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model • Educate customers on AE&Aerie product details• Introduce AEO loyalty program and brand channels • Flexibly work between Salesfloor, Cash&Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy

Requirements:• Must be at least 18 years old • Previous retail experience preferred • Passion for AEO and Aerie products • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays • Energetic and capable of multitasking
