Your responsibilities include training staff in EAM software and auditing management processes. Key Responsibilities:• Directly manage technician teams and site performance • Develop and maintain accurate equipment metadata • Conduct software training for new administrators • Audit materials management and cycle counts • Create management reports and visual management charts

Requirements:• 5+ years in a manufacturing or maintenance role • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong organizational and communication skills • Experience developing departmental strategies • Knowledge of Oracle preferred
