Engineer CAD Coordinator for BBA, Mont-Saint-Hilaire

BBA is hiring an Engineer CAD Coordinator to support large mining and hydropower projects. Your role will center around effective CAD and BIM coordination.

Reporting to the Development Manager, you will handle the coordination of multidisciplinary BIM models, ensuring accuracy and collaboration among various engineering teams. Your contributions will include developing and maintaining BIM standards and templates tailored to industry-specific projects such as mining and hydropower.

Key Responsibilities:• Support engineering teams through CAD and BIM coordination • Maintain federated site models for project consistency • Conduct multidisciplinary clash detection and documentation • Update BIM/CAD standards and templates continuously • Administer common data environments effectively

Requirements:• Engineering degree with a focus on CAD/BIM practices • Relevant experience in mining and hydropower projects • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk programs (Revit, Navisworks) • Strong teaching abilities and communication skills in English and French • Comprehensive understanding of project life cycles in engineering
