An overview of your mandates and responsibilities Act as a technical expert in industrial safety related to automation Identify, analyze, and mitigate industrial risks related to the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated equipment Conduct on-site risk analyses, taking into account actual machine usage and operational behaviors Support operational teams in managing changes that impact safety Define client needs, project scope, and service offerings Assign and review work of intermediate and junior engineers, technicians, and drafters assigned to the project and assess the technical scope Develop, maintain, and improve internal standards and best practices Train and support operators, technicians, and supervisors on safety aspects related to automated systems Assume the responsibilities of a project manager: ensure quality, adherence to budget, and deadlines in accordance with the mandate Interact with clients and participate in business development Act as a leader in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals Do your qualities and values align with our company culture?
