Assist management in retail operations as an Assistant Leader. Promote excellent service while managing daily tasks and supporting team efficiency in a vibrant setting. This position is focused on assisting in smooth retail operations and effective store management. You will manage daily shipments, ensure safety and cleanliness, and perform cash management duties. Participate actively in staff scheduling and performance monitoring while maintaining high customer service standards. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in daily store management and operations • Handle boxing and unboxing of shipments • Stock shelves and maintain product availability • Ensure the store meets cleanliness and safety standards • Perform manager-on-duty tasks including cash management Requirements: • One year of experience in retail required • Supervisory experience for at least one year • Versatile availability for shifts • Solid interpersonal and communication skills • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Leverage your leadership abilities to ensure operational excellence and contribute to a positive customer experience in the retail space.
