MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical support to various customers and colleagues; Manage and update incoming requests in our system; Participate in regional and provincial objectives related to after-sales services; Perform installations of Kinova products; Perform repairs on products in the field or at our offices; Electronic defect analysis; Soldering and repair of electronic components; Mechanical repairs; Open requests in the system and participate in problem analysis; Work closely with internal partners to improve our products and services; Train our customers, distributors and partners in the use and repair of our products, both in North America and Europe; Participate in periodic follow-ups with customers; Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of internal processes; Understand, document and create integration methodologies (e.g., integration with wheelchair software). POSITION REQUIREMENTS Training in occupational therapy, physiotherapy or DEC in electronics or any other relevant experience in the health and/or technical field; Interest and strong abilities to work with people with disabilities and/or major motor impairments; Experience with customer service; Interest in new technologies; Ability to work in a team, curiosity and excellent interpersonal skills; Frequent regional travel, sometimes national and/or international; Bilingualism (English/French). ASSETS Programming skills; Knowledge of the wheelchair industry and experience in the rehabilitation field; Experience in the orthotic-prosthetic field.
