This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a quick-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent tenant service while maintaining operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily building operations, tenant communications, maintenance coordination, and property inspections. Handle tenant requests, lease renewals, move-ins/move-outs, and rent collection follow-ups. Work closely with contractors and suppliers, obtain quotations, compare pricing, and assist with cost control initiatives. Maintain organized administrative records, invoices, and operational documentation while ensuring clear communication with management. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have prior experience in property management, real estate operations, maintenance, or construction coordination. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Management experience, bilingual fluency in English and French, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel between properties are required.
