Experience in a restaurant or retail environment such as barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member or sales representative in a managerial role is helpful but not required. The most important attribute is a strong, accountable, and people‑first leadership style. Candidates should be dynamic, prioritize customer service, and be able to assess and resolve problems with confidence.Credit and criminal background check will be conducted with your consent.
