Be the first contact with the customer, ensuring they feel comfortable; your welcome, empathy and professionalism will be put to positive use. Identify the customer's needs by collecting the necessary data for prescription preparation. Prepare prescriptions and detect potential problems for the customer.Take on responsibilities related to specialized tasks, such as dispill management, robot management, complex lectures, etc. Be a reference for pharmacy assistant colleagues, acting as a mentor. Required Qualifications

Hold a diploma as a Pharmacy Technical Assistant or hold the Jean Coutu Pharmacy Technical Assistant certification. Desired Qualities

Curious by nature and likes to learn. Team player. Sense of responsibility. Empathetic and friendly. Work Hours

35 hours per week or more. Language Requirement
