The Assistant Store Manager at our Place Rosemère location leads a high‑performing team by delivering excellent customer experience and driving sales. Key Duties and Responsibilities - Ensure the team is delivering an excellent customer experience through coaching and motivating the team while driving sales. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered. Train and grow a team focused on delivering outrageous experiences to our community through coaching and feedback. Generate business results and achieve key KPIs. Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual and operational expectations. Act as a partner between customers, sales associates and store leadership. Learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customers’ needs. Maintain awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming product trends. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. Support key initiatives in partnership with the Store Manager. Take a proactive approach to growing the business through community outreach. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of retail experience. Passionate and knowledgeable about streetwear and sneaker culture. Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates. Confidence and comfort engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience. Motivation to achieve excellent results through interaction with customers and athletic products. Solid cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis. Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni‑channel retail environment. High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust.
