You'll host training sessions, run strategy calls, and guide agents using LGI's proven systems so you're not building curriculum from scratch. Your income scales with your organization, not your transaction count. —— INCOME STREAMS BUILT INTO THE ROLE → Leveraged revenue share — recurring income from the production of agents inside your organization → Equity participation — ownership stake earned through agent growth and production milestones → Coaching fees — direct income from your personal coaching clients as your practice scales → Personal production — keep your existing business if you choose.
