Screenbridge is building the creative and media platform for performance CTV advertising. We help brands turn their best social and UGC content into premium TV-ready ads, and we are now expanding reach.screenbridge.tv - our media layer for launching, tracking, and optimizing CTV campaigns. We already have a working client dashboard and are looking for a practical, hands-on engineer to help us build the next layer of the platform. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with adtech, CTV, programmatic media, campaign reporting, analytics, attribution, or performance marketing data. You’ll help us connect campaign data from platforms like Magnite, integrate GA4 and site analytics, build client-facing reporting, support tracking and conversion setup, and eventually create lightweight testing and attribution tools for CTV campaigns. We are looking for someone who is both technically robust and product-minded. This is an early-stage platform, so we need someone who can ship quickly, work with imperfect systems, improve stability and security pragmatically, and help us make smart decisions without slowing everything down. You might be a fit if you have experience with: Adtech, CTV, DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, or media platforms Campaign reporting APIs or data pipelines GA4, pixels, conversion events, or attribution workflows Full-stack development for dashboards or analytics products Building practical tools for media, marketing, or performance teams Working in early-stage environments where speed and judgment matter Bonus experience: Magnite, The Trade Desk, DV360, Innovid, FreeWheel, Xandr, Roku Ads, StackAdapt, or similar platforms CTV campaign measurement Creative testing, A/B testing, geo testing, or incrementality concepts AI-assisted analytics or reporting What we care about most: We are not looking for someone who only points out why things are hard.
