Scotlynn is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to join our Boucherville, QC office. This role demands excellent organizational skills and effective communication to streamline driver onboarding. The Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator will verify work histories and qualifications of commercial driver applicants to ensure compliance with industry regulations. You'll collaborate with Driver Recruiters in integrating drivers promptly and scheduling road tests and orientations. Attention to detail and robust time management are key for this full time position. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct work history checks on driver applicants • Collaborate with Driver Recruiters for efficient onboarding • Schedule road tests and orientation sessions • Ensure compliance with MTO, SAAQ, and DOT regulations • Update and track documentation in Excel Requirements: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Robust organizational and time management abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Knowledge of MTO, SAAQ, and DOT regulations (asset) • Experience in customer-facing roles preferred Excel in driver recruitment with Scotlynn by using your organizational and communication skills effectively.
