The Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator will work alongside Driver Recruiters to onboard drivers in a timely manner. They will also schedule driver road tests and orientation. This role could also known as Onboarding Coordinator, HR Assistant, Recruiting Administrator. Le·la Coordonnateur·trice au recrutement bilingue est responsable de vérifier l’historique de travail, d’obtenir et confirmer les dossiers et qualifications des candidats chauffeurs commerciaux, en respectant les règlements de l’industrie. Tu vas travailler en collaboration avec les recruteurs de chauffeurs pour assurer une intégration rapide. Tu vas aussi planifier les tests routiers et les séances d’orientation. Ce rôle peut aussi être appelé Coordonnateur·trice à l’intégration, Adjoint·e RH, ou Administrateur·trice au recrutement. ABOUT YOU Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have: - Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal - Robust attention to detail, time management, and organization skills - Strong ability to effectively and efficiently record information in a database - Knowledge SAAQ, MTO and DOT regulations is an asset - Excellent computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Work experience in customer-facing roles from the following industries is welcomed and appreciated: hospitality, banking, transportation, telecommunications. HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN - Communicate with drivers to obtain and provide information regarding driving records, driving qualifications, and work history - Collaborate with Driver Recruiters, Fleet Managers and Dispatch to onboard suitable drivers in a timely manner - Ensure driver records in accordance with Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO), Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ), and Department of Transportation (DOT). - Conduct work history checks to verify accuracy, work ethic, and skill of driver applicants - Schedule driver road test evaluations for applicants and the road test evaluator - Collect and update all relevant equipment documentation on a shared folder and track in Excel CE QUE TU VAS FAIRE - Communiquer avec les chauffeurs pour obtenir et fournir l’info sur leurs dossiers, qualifications et historique de travail - Collaborer avec les recruteurs, gestionnaires de flotte et répartiteurs pour intégrer les bons chauffeurs rapidement - S’assurer que les dossiers des chauffeurs respectent les exigences du MTO, de la SAAQ et du DOT - Vérifier l’historique de travail pour confirmer l’exactitude, l’éthique et les compétences des candidats - Planifier les évaluations de tests routiers - Rassembler et mettre à jour la documentation d’équipement dans un dossier partagé et suivre le tout dans Excel YOUR COMMITMENT / TON ENGAGEMENT - This is a full-time, permanent role / Poste temps plein, permanent - Work in office from 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday / Horaire au bureau, du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h à 17 h HOW TO APPLY Interested in the role or want to learn more?
