Hybrid Workplace Policy - Associates must have reliable transportation to and from our corporate head office located in Boucherville (Quebec) for regular office attendance. - All head office associates must be proficient in French, spoken and written. - Work arrangement: 3 days in office / 2 days remote. Role Summary - The manager is responsible for the integrity of operational data relating to products and suppliers, covering all company requirements. - Collaboration with the merchandising sector ensures data alignment with the merchandising strategy. - Ensuring compliance with parameters across legal, supply chain, logistics, importation, store operations, and finance departments. - Responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle, product maintenance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities - Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary team in data management for products and suppliers. - Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures to continually optimise the efficiency and integrity of data. - Establish and maintain strong partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders. - Contribute to the improvement of IT systems and set priorities in data management. - Prioritise the team’s work to meet established deadlines. - Take an active part in various company projects and initiatives, and set their timelines. - Develop dashboards to measure the effectiveness and quality of data and the team. - Actively participate in the professional development of resources under their responsibility.
