A Key Role at the Heart of Performance and Innovation Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Operational Strategies, Quality, and Innovation, the Director of Engineering is a key driver of the organization’s growth and transformation. As a true strategic and technical leader, you will oversee all engineering activities for our plants in North America. Your mission: to structure, develop, and drive the organization’s capabilities to support our ambitions for performance, innovation, and growth. Your Impact: Leading the way by defining an engineering and capital expenditure (CAPEX) strategy aligned with the company’s growth Bringing projects to life by steering large-scale initiatives from concept to implementation Create value by evaluating opportunities, building solid business cases, and influencing strategic decisions Accelerate innovation through active technology monitoring and the integration of cutting-edge solutions Strengthen operations by ensuring the performance and reliability of infrastructure and equipment Motivate teams by acting as an inspiring change leader focused on collaboration and continuous improvement Optimize execution by managing budgets, timelines, and resources with rigor and agility Build robust partnerships with suppliers and partners to support successful and sustainable projects Qualifications What you Bring to the table: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or automated production engineering 8 to 10 years of experience in engineering management in a manufacturing workplace Availability to travel to our manufacturing sites in North America.
