Estimation Assistant (Anjou)

Tasks Ensure the daily management of communications for the estimation department, including monitoring emails and incoming requests. Open, organize, and structure tender files from receipt through to final submission. Coordinate schedules related to site visits, closing dates, and key stages of bid submissions. Prepare, assemble, and distribute all required documentation (plans, forms, addenda, bid packages). Coordinate communications with subcontractors, including sending invitations, follow ups, and receiving intentions to bid and submitted prices. Manage and update the estimation system, including exchanges and responses intended for subcontractors. Compile bid results, ensure document compliance (bid bonds, insurance, certificates), and forward information to the relevant partners. Perform any other duties related to the position. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role. Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Understanding of the main stages and realities of the construction estimation process. Comfort with digital document management tools and bidding platforms. Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Strong organizational skills.
