Technical Advisor, Boucherville

Job Description

The Technical Advisor will play a key role in the customer experience and will be responsible for:

Opening and closing work orders;

Scheduling appointments for the following day;

Managing the fleet of courtesy vehicles;

Answering calls and scheduling appointments;

Tracking parts on order;

Understanding and applying manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans;

Processing requests for extended warranties;

Working with various computer platforms.

Job Requirements

Experience in the automotive industry (any relevant position);

Passion for customer service and comfort working with the public;

Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

Professionalism and team spirit.
