Job Summary
AFIMAC Canada is seeking experienced Project Coordinators for upcoming assignments in Ontario related to labour disruptions, organized protests and man‑made crisis/disasters. This position will require you to work up to 12 hour shifts, 7 days per week when assigned to a project. Compensation and Benefits
You will earn: $25-$30 per hour before over‑time Paid travel up to 4 hours Hotel accommodation provided when required $30 per day meal allowance when lodging is required Temporary Contracts: 1-120 days Assignments
AFIMAC Project Co-ordinators are deployed to various types of assignments including: Labour Disruptions Organized protests Man‑made crisis/disasters (crime scenes, structural fires, etc.) Qualifications
To be eligible to work for AFIMAC you must be able to meet the following criteria: Former military, emergency management, project management or law enforcement experience required. (Industry experience would also be considered) Able to travel Work away from home for extended deployments Excellent organization and computer skillsAble to work in a high stress environment Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills Work long hours up to 7 days per week Be on call nights and weekends Able to deploy on short notice - as projects dictate Ability to manage clients that are at a senior manager/executive level Able manage investigators and security personnel deployed in the field.Motivate and improve performance as needed Strong team building know how Clean criminal record Valid drivers license and vehicle Strong attention to detail and able to work with law enforcement and client legal counsel Testify at legal proceedings Very strong problem-solving skills Have or able to obtain– required security and investigation licencesFormer corporate security role and asset Experience
Project management or Emergency management: 1 year (preferred) Military or Law Enforcement: 1 year (preferred) Language
English (required) Licences/Certification
Security License (preferred) Private Investigator License (preferred) Class G Drivers License (required) EEO Statement
