Key Responsibilities:• Direct coaching for a multi-disciplinary HR team • Administer recruitment and training adhering to laws • Lead initiatives for effective Labour Relations • Develop programs to boost employee morale • Ensure HRIS systems are up to date

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business • 5-10 years in HR, ideally in manufacturing • CHRL designation is an asset • Knowledge of Employment Standards Act • Strong Microsoft Office skills
