The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in commercial insurance sales, focusing on connecting with clients, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing policy implementations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:• Prospect clients via inbound and outbound calls • Develop impactful marketing plans to boost sales • Perform risk assessments and advise on coverage needs • Maintain clear communication with clients regarding policies • Engage in community events for increased brokerage exposure

Requirements:• 2-3 years of relevant commercial insurance experience • Must hold a General insurance license (OTL or RIBO) • Educational background in relevant field preferred • CAIB accreditation pursuit is encouraged • Knowledge of policy management software is a plus
