Key Responsibilities:• Prepare menu items and adapt recipes as necessary • Check and record cooking temperatures accurately • Contribute to food prep for staff cafeteria and catering • Assist with frozen inventory management • Backfill the cook during their absence

Requirements:• Completion of an apprenticeship or 4,000 culinary hours • Ability to stand for extended periods • Strong knife skills and manual dexterity • Capability to lift items weighing up to 10 kg • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
